Yet another random idea
If you have seen The Dark Knight, you are probably framiliar with the 5 clowns who rob the bank at the beginning. I was thinking making those into hats and selling them along with the joker head in a shop

There would be copyright problems though, if you made them look differently to the hats in the movie, it shouldn't be a problem.
