Comments on change...
So, with the new solar system came changes. What I talk about in this thread has mainly to do with showdown. When the new solar system was discovered, showdown went though a variety of changes. One of these changes is that you can now heal, over time that is- along with killing others. In my opinion, this is not an ideal feature, as it encourages running away in order to heal. It also defeats the purpose of double damage, because people heal. Another change that was made was the addition of squad hours that can be gained while playing showdown. An issue with this is the fact that it encourages teaming with one's squad in order to gain hours for the squad. Another issue with this is that when a showdown is down to two members of the same squad, they simply sit there and wait for the timer to go down. This means that the showdown does not restart for a longer period of time. Usually, a showdown ends at about 2:00 minutes to spare, but when people wait it out, people who have died earlier or just got there, hoping to participate in a showdown, now have to wait an extra 2 minutes to play. I hope that y'all understand where I'm coming at here. Lemme hear what y'all are thinking about this stuff. |

Healing was a bug, fixed I think teaming will always be there regardless, it isn't against rules. You can shoot people in the same squad as you, but the fact you get control/time for winning for your squad will encourage teaming. As said before, zone focuses on PK and squad play. Get in a good squad. |
