Cant have music on without sounds on

So I noticed new music in Rufus's house, but for some reason I can't have the music option but not the sounds option. If I turn off the sounds option, no music plays, even if the music option is on.

Rufus's house is pretty amazing! Yeah its an old bug, it should of been fixed ages ago
