How would you know? Our team can't have 10 LATs... it would be way too difficult to hold a stable team.

It would still be stable if you hired the right people, it's just be hard to communicate properly between you all. But I think you could still manage. You're definitely a capable person, and a Skype group works well. So I think it comes down to why you think would be best for your team, but I also think you could manage that many people perfectly well.

How hard is it. look its easy just give each one a assigment. there done deal not that hard. and if you had 10+ lats the server could produce alot of new shops or zones.  

Let Sylvia hire the way she wants to. It is her department and I am sure she knows more about how the staff team works than you do.  

the more staff=more updates but kiwi is right on one thing the only hard thing its finding that hard worker.

You have no experience in Managing a legit team on a successful server, therefore you should not be talking. It is actually much harder than you think.

she is doing it great so far, if you have a personal problem with Sylvia, I advise taking it to pm. Trying to teach someone how to do their job when they are doing it perfectly and you have no experience is just ignorant. More people does not equal more updates, I can assure you that.

Debating how to make you look foolish. I could attack your bad grammar and spelling but that would be too easy. Hmm, guess your intellect will have to do.

You are comparing a non active server to an iOS server. That already just shows your flawed thinking. Yes it is easy to tell people to do things when there is not a high demand for multiple things at once. Sylvia is one of the most hardworking staff. Just because she didn't make the PVP map means she doesn't work? Kiddo, that map is straight off of PC Zone. Sylvia has made a crap load of levels all in high quality and she deserves her title. She takes on projects herself more than she assigns them.
Also, if you are leveling 24/7, I suggest getting some fresh air. Sylvia has a life and has things to do, yet she still gets things done under pressure and under high demand. Now kindly shut up about things you know nothing about and go back to your 24/7 computer clicking.

ahha how are you even a levels manager please explian. yes your right i have no idea how to manager a team. but i know more things on how to get my work done and level 24/7. you however do not work hard on anything you make yourself look like you do when you dont. example. you where hired on delteria and you worked on there for 2 months but only made one level............................... and second off that new pvp planet was made by stephan i hear not by you or your team so it really goes to show how much you work. and its not hard burgerbatman has 7 of us working for him and all he does is tell us what to do and what to make. so i really dont see this "hard part" in all of this

I did indeed create the entire Sky2 map alone, as well as the Conquest map along with James. Do not speak of things you have no information about. You are just making yourself look foolish, like Jester had stated.
