How to lead a good guild
Ok so i have not lead any super good guilds like 1k guilds or anything but i have picked up some ways to lead a good guild. ok number: when your choosing what tower to take let your guild have some choice dont just say ALL MOD OR ALL CASTLE instead say like ok mod castle or york? number 2: if your a new guild (50 hours or less) dont just kick people when they go offline you can do that when u have like 80 hours but u need everyone u can get when u start off. NUMBER 4: DO NOT have a boring guild news example: we take or towers tag 24/7 going for 1k recruiting. try to have a interesting gn with lots of different fonts sizes and colors and maybe even include a player of the week on ur gn ok last one:have fun like if u lose a tower dont say WHAT THE HECK HOW DID WE LOSE THAT instead say oh nice try retake or something like that ok hope this helps bye  one more thing do things together like spar together pk together and stuff like that
