Just a disclaimer, im not trying to be a jerk in any of my replies, im trying to be impartial here. Sorry if i offend or start bashing one persons opinion.
•Player skill level comparison data •Both Squads W/L record comparison data •Player W/L record in terms of luck with the map (how well a player has done fighting on this map) •both teams W/L record in terms of luck with the map (if one team is worse on a map than the other, that team gets a boost of reinforcements so that they dont lose by a non-player related factor) Another good idea would be a delay timer for top 10 squads, so when one top ten squad takes a base, they have to wait 5 minutes or so to be able to take another, and theyre open for attack from the smaller squads. They'd both require a hefty amount of dedicated time for scripting it, but from all you've told me jester, your development team should be above capable of scripting it into the server. That is my theory on how to balance conquest on izone, if you have questions or need me to help you understand what the hell i was just talking about, shoot me a PM. |
