You can use it as a very sophisticated micro controller for embedded systems. A team is using one here for their project.

You can code in any language you want. It's pretty much a fully functional computer with some sort of linux on it.

So could I use it to my advantage in learning to script and making a simple graal-like game? How about flat out making levels on it? I'm really interested with the Pi-To-Go.

It would be to your disadvantage if that is your goal. Use a laptop.
