It looks pretty good. Is it painted on putty from an unfinished drywall though? It seems to have an odd texture.

Kind of looks like it was modified in some paint program.

Probably should have left it at it's original quality without a modifier.

I'll be honest. Not terrible, but you still have room for improvement.
Assuming you're not tracing, you seem to have a pretty good feel for a anime-ish style face.
