You can have plenty of fun on PC with just a trial account, observer mode isn't that much of a hinderance once you get used to it.

Just buy the smallest gelat pack (6 months) then have it set to not resubscribe next month so that if you don't log on again for a month or even a few days you won't lose subscription points until you resubscribe manually.

I would recommend making an account, doing surveys using super rewards till you have 300 gelats, and try the main servers out for a month to see if you like it. If you do, buy it, if not, don't.

As an iPhone Graal player for two years, and a PC Graal player for a few months, I can safely say there are pros and cons on both sides. I ended up sticking with it. I recommend following Ph8's advice if you are interested, but still unsure of any final decisions.

I agree with Kaven, its alot more fun due to the older generation. If u play graal to chat with ppl I would highly consider buying it.
