Some new rps NPCs?

Hey back when rps came out there were a bunch of rps NPCs, and i loved it having personal contests and contests with fellow graalians for who can collect the most rps hats but now there are barely any, pls get some new cool ones and maybe even some hour specific area ones so more people wanna get in!

This is the greatest idea ur heard in some time XD only probable n I could think of is that the hat production rate would have to go up and they would probably need to rec some more gfx

Btw guys quick question back when RPS came out and even now the NPCs had specific requirements to them like hour and kills etc. not many people know about this but i can't find the guide for the current RPS NPCs so i ask you all this, the mod guild center guy with the shady hat, what's his stat requirements?
