I'm sure they're are some guidelines.

Being able to upload customs is a privilege not a right.

He was referring to not being able to upload copyrighted content. Never once did he say it was his right to upload customs.

The maplestory hats have been fixed and this thread has since served its purpose, lets leave it at that.

Let's makes this 101% simple as it can get, for you to understand...

The Maplestory Hats/Dragon Ball Z Heads what ever may pop up out of the blue was not create by iClassic players. The were already on Graal Main PC Servers i'm guessing someone in the past prob fired/leave by now ..ect was in charge of looking at 2000+ heads/bodies/hats from main graal and selected some i guess he missed a few which are FAN ART.. Reason they are there today.

Now since the rules came out no NEW Fan Art contents shall be uploaded whats the problem?
