Actual in-game support
Hello graalians i was wondering why there is no ingame player support and im not talking about support like "where is York?" "where do you get mouse?" ACTUAL SUPPORT that only admins can help with i know theirs a email but its slow and really a pain in the ass to exit graal and type a email to support. current admins don't answer questions at all (or at least ones ive tried) and its probably not their job to answer questions but some pr admins would be helpful (maybe there are since last time i played was 2012) if there are PR admins at least make it more clear who they are.

Technically this is supposed to be Graal Polices' job (i think the sign actually does call them player relations now? or what is it?). You gotta try several staff members, and when you find ones thatll respond, go to that one for help every time.

Can you change my Identified Account Email because I changed my E-mail? Can you make my Guild two Letters? Can you delete my Friendlist because it's too big? (Albus actually really tried to help me with that one, but it wasn't possible for him) I know they don't do this anymore but maybe staff with this tag could do it. "Can you transfer my account?" I haven't got my In-App Purchases, give it to me or re-fund please. This might be another Topic but: When VIP first came out it my whole inventory has turned full Circle which means horses are down same with other items also hats and bodies. I still am confused i have to tap the other direction arrow to go to the body or hat. I tried to get help but I got - nothing. I'm not trying to offend the staff. What I'm trying to say is For such situations staff with a FAQ/ Support tag would be great! Maybe people who ask for hats or such things can get to a warning room or they can get jail back for those people because that's not that bad of a mistake! But you should write that on a rules desk so they know before they ask such questions. |

even though people are usually in graal city answering questions a faq team would be nice

I always answer questions when I'm online. What types of questions have you been asking? If you're asking questions such as "Can you host events?", "Can we hang out?" or "Where are you right now?", it's self-explanatory why you haven't received responses. |
