And I guess I need to spell it out for you guys so when I commented on Jake's spelling it was because he was staff and is therefore representing the server he works for, so what he does can give the game a really good or really bad appearance.

And when I said the way bdog talks will lower his chances of becoming staff I wasn't necessarily talking about his grammar or spelling, I was referring to how he acts so self centered and like he needs a job as staff.

All I said was "r" instead of "are." Not really a big deal, I was in a rush and everyone knew what I meant. Doesn't make me any different than I was already, its just something I say when I'm in a rush.

It just makes you look more professional and up to the job. But then again, we have Hearts as a PR, so yeah, all credibility goes out the window.

Maybe you made a mistake on some part of it? This is why people suggest that after you are done with your application, you should recheck (more than once is recommended) before you send. Also, choose a time where you are not such hurry where you can take your time to fill out the application.

I HAVE,I have checked over and over for any mistakes I can't find any.
