Gang on era should have other activities they can work together beside basing & gang sparring. Gang quest idea is about all members in a gang can work together to reach some goals to gain gang points. All gang points shown on leaderboards. It can be all-time leaderboards or weekly leaderboards.

Many activities we can do on era, not only base, pk or spar. So I think other activities can gain points for gang too depend on what people like to do. They can contribute points to gang and have fun by doing activities they like.

Leader take quest from NPC, leader can give 'take quest' power to members in gang. Each quest has time limit depend on quest difficulty. Gang can 'skip quest' but they will get penalty (lose points (depend on quest difficulty), can't take quest for 5 minutes). There will be no penalty for unfinished quest.

Quest idea examples

• Take and keep (bh/ mafia/ bbz , etc) zone for 10 minutes. (Time limit :15-20minutes)
• 10 spar wins (time limit: 1 hour)
• 3 gang spar wins (time limit : 30 minutes)
• Pick 30 flowers, 50 shells, 50 trash (time limit : 30 minutes)
• Mine 10 minerals (time limit : 30 minutes)
• kill 5 crabs (time limit : 15 minutes)
• 10 kill streaks (time limit : 20 minutes)
• post 5 letters, 5 car missions (time limit : 15 minutes)
• ...

All activities above can give gang points, but gang leader first must take quest from quest NPC.

-Super rare gang achievement badge :

• Extra point badge (personal badge) : member who participate on gang quest has chance to get extra point badge. It's a super rare badge. Member who has this badge and take quest from npc will gain +2 points for finished quest.
• Extra time badge (gang badge): Gang will get 5 minutes extra time for quest.
• Money maker badge ( gang badge): each finished quest will give $ to all members ($250-500 for each members)

-Random bonuses after quest finished : free revive, free unlimited ammo for 1 hour, free VIP for a day (VIP color)  

Good idea.  

I think gang quests sound a little bit boring as after a little while you will have done them all and it will just be repeating them over and over.

Same like basing. We just take the base and sit there if there's no attacker. After 30-45 minutes no attacker at base some member will just leave their base and do something else. That's boring too and we can't force members to stay at base as long as we have it.
When there's no attacker we can take gang quest and gain more points instead.

Well, my point in this idea is all gangs have same opportunity to be on leaderboards and all players have same opportunity to contribute something to their gang by doing things they like. The gang quest might be boring, but will add more competition to all gangs.

Don't need to base all day or have best gun and fast melee to contribute something to gang. Players who don't have good gun can help the gang by picking trash or flowers. Gangs who don't really like to base or pk, ("everyday I'm shovelin" gang for example, they can gain points by digging shells).

I just don't see that happening. Gangs that spar or base will probably just keep doing what they do. I think it might be one of the things that everyone loves for a few days or weeks but then gets ignored.
