Soooooo I drew this as an example for my friend SuiSui (He's gonna draw her)
Any feedback? (I am aware her skin is transparent. She is a Morbid Elf, their skin is mostly transparant)

I can try but with the program im using its hard...
Its all by hand, no copy and paste or putting in images.

Yes I agree with that, the background looks weird, and just isn't fun to look at, however the image itself is very nice.  

May I suggest paint.net if your on windows? Gimp if your on Mac.  

Well for starters, even though she is a morbid elf, the transparent colors are hard to recognize except the middle of the neck

Also, her eyes do kinda look JPG'd.. No offence..  

Fixed Background, now her skin actually looks like i intended...

Transparencies dont matter now
and what the hell do you mean by "Her eyes look JPG'd"  

The skins fade is all gridded for some reason and the parts of the eyes closest to the nose look messed up. May I suggest translucent fingertips? Her hands are very hard to see. Other than that good job, especially the eyes.

Never mind, now that I see the background version the hands are visible, good

The gridded is supposed be there, its part of a Morbid Elf's skin thingy. Don't ask
And The eyes are also supposed to be like that.
I can TRY translucent fingertips but no guarantees

This was the closest I could come to making them translucent.  

Never mind the fingertips, it's easy to see the hands now that the backgrounds fixed.

She kinda looks cybernetic or digital with the grid lines (perhaps next time use a tool to bend the grid lines to the contours of her face) and the whole holographic see through look adds to the look,

Did you make up this morbid elf stuff yourself or is the species from a show or book?

There is no tool that blends it to the shape on ChibiPaint.
Morbid Elves are from a Book I'm writing.
