I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this but I've asked other people if they see it as well and they did so its not just me. Basically there's a light underneath the barrels to the right of the flag and i think it's just misplaced because there's a lamp about an inch to the left emitting no light. Another inch to the left there's a lamp that actually emits light.
