I get where you're coming from, but it's better to just pm or warp to them; they could be doing something important too  

He a admin he way important if he wants to talk to you he will talk to you and you will do what he said if he say let Dead or Alive have the base let them have the base!

are they allowed to drag us for no reason cause one time I was near start and then some admin was dragging people around for no apparent reason  

I think we're suppost to ask/warn the person if we're going to summon them, well at least I do.

As for the rest, we can't give items or money of any sort on our staff accounts unless its a higher up staff using debug or freebies. Any items that are given to a staff iOS account cannot be given or traded.

The only exceptions is buying items on your iOS account with your money or earning them. My guess is Mizzy was just trying to be nice since I think she ganied it, and was buying them for everyone because it only costs $400

I was the leader (actual gang owner) of Dead or Alive. And no I didn't scam my own cousin for his gang lol, he gave me the leadership to it because he started work or something. Then I gave it back to him when I became staff. I didn't steal it in the first place *_* he happily gave me leadership of it, and then I gave it back to him. That accusation is just stupid, as NO ONE would possibly give a 650~hr gang for an umbrella and cigar.

Staff of her level cannot give out items, even if they wanted to. They have no way of doing so on rc, as she does not have sufficient rights, or ingame, as staff cannot drop or trade items. What she does on her iOS is entirely her business and frankly i don't care what she does there, so long as it's following the rules.
Right now, there actually isn't any evidence to accuse her of doing so, purely word of mouth. Which, on this site, is not credible at all.
