smaller inventory shops

Idk if this question has been posed before,but I have been giving it some thought. would you rather have a store with a very limited inventory where item's that rotate out regularly(every week or so). Or keep the current shop system where every other week there is an "update" and 2 hats are added to what ever shop?

Weekly rotation? No.
But there should be a maximum of 10-ish items per shop. Not to limit consumers choices, but I mean so that there could be several more shops spread across gmap instead of having shops crammed full of items on three floors and five side rooms.
