It's just going to cause more people to be mad. We don't need to raise awareness to it. Everyone knows it's bad and what they're doing is wrong. But they do it anyway. It won't do anything.
It's like raising awareness to breast cancer. Everyone knows about it.

honestly really dumb idea. Will encourage people to do it MORE. Why? Remember the 9/11 tribute we had? Notice how that turned out with hateful and racial speech the whole day? Just no.

Another idea good to be a prompt and effective investigation is to add a option, upon tapping on a player it brings a list of menu's, add a option to 'report for Racism', it will automatically take a snap shot of the moment of the player bring racist to you which the PR teams can deal with it within a time limit. That way players would have proof of being a victim of racism and justice could be served?

That is a better idea, however the report system is already flooded as is with random reports, I don't think they would want to be flooded with pictures as well. I know already there is a script that sends the reported persons current chat with the report as well.

Make this system different to the 'report' system, this way only racism will be reported, not un-necessary things, such as 'XYZ scammed my shell'.

Players do what they can to "rebel" by deliberately disobeying the rules. That being said, if you make a "flag" or public announcements denouncing racism above all other crimes, you will find players being even more racist than they were before just to have a go at your administration.

I'm sticking with your block all option, along with harsher punishments.

Can't be racist if you can't talk to the person who has blocked you entirely. They won't care afterwards as they couldn't see what a person would say.
