Chat blocking
Allot if people complain about chat blocking and it been around for ages, so why hasn't it been patched up yet ??? Like I wanna be able to stand in front of a door and use gc for a sec and not be accused of chat blocking ...... So it there a particular reason it hasn't been patch yet |

I was wondering the same thing myself. I know of at least 1 guild leader that does this on a regular basis on the stairs at mod and yet never seems to get banned. According to admins and other ppl blocking isnt illegal unless its the door to get inside the tower itself. and unless your a hacker and cant take any damage. I fail to see how chat blocking and slowing down your damage rate to keep a guild from defending or getting to the flag its fair and allowed to happen. The only reason I can see that this is allowed is because even the gp's don't have the time to deal with it. Maybe they should allow you to attach pics to the user feedback when reporting the issue so they have proof of the offense. |

I was thinking of being a bich and make a thread about blocking,and start uploading screen shots of ppl blocking just to show all of the offenders. Just to see if that would get something done about it.

I was informed today from a former admin that a big problem with the blocking is that by the time they get to the report,and respond. The player doing the blocking is not there at the time because they got pkd or something. So a lot of the time they don't actually see the player doing the illegal activity and move on to the next report. This is why I am going to start campaigning for them to add a feature that lets you attach screen shots to feed back reports. So they can see physical proof of the issue and can warp and warn or ban the player. Hopefully this will speed up the process and make it easier to ban repeat offenders. As part of my campaign I have started collecting screen shots of doors being blocked at towers. After I get a few more I will start a thread and post them their. |

I think they took it out so people wont report players for chat blocking staff believe "Oh I cant see the chat bubble over their head they most not be chat blocking" They just need to set a warp bubble for doors at towers or make it so you can't stand in the door way and just make it flat walls. Deadwood 2nd floor room you can just block those doors by standing and chat blocking. even with the first floor stairs. |
