Hopefully they find a way to make it work on a controller, like how they made it work with minecraft.

There's a lot more to consider for controls conversion than just the inventory. Unlike Minecraft, where you can only dig the first block in your line of sight(which makes converting to analog stick controls fairly easy) in Terraria you weren't limited by line of sight. You could dig anywhere within a radius of your player in any direction with your mouse. Even behind other blocks(which was very useful). I have no idea how they're going to faithfully translate these mechanics.

I've tried getting back into it but with all the updates i've missed and the trading bringing an open economy into the game, I feel like a noob lol.  

There is a similar game to this called blockheads it's rlly addicting :o up to 5 players if u host on idevice and up to 32 on mac
