I'm sorry but dubstep sucks it really does. Dosnt even deserve to be called EDM. House and trance is where it is at. Ok fine I lied I do like one dubstep artist and that is Excission but that's it. Ok well there's Knife party but they are Electro house to. But besides that dubstep sucks. Some good EDM artists people should try are Bingo players, Carl Cox(the legend) Steve Aoki, Armin Van Buuren and Hardwell<3

Sub genres suck. Trance and house are annoying to me. I'm not a huge fan of dubstep myself, but its better than those others, in my opinion. I prefer dnb. On top of that, I prefer liquid EDM any day.

Excision and Knife Party got too big... Knife Party killed Pendulum, too. You should listen to some Pegboard Nerds, Varien, BigGigantic, and you might like some SeamlessR.

i agree to a point... sometimes you just have to use the word to describe the sound, and you don't actually mean to call it a subgenre. i don't consider liquid dnb a subgenre of dnb.
