To me a hat chaser is anyone who towers for the sole purpose of a hat, which with the description of your guild that you gave me would make it a 'hat chasing guild'. Now I don't care too much about people wanting to tower for a hat, but when that is the only reason they do it, thats when it bothers me. Towering is supposed to be for fun, not so you can get a pixelated hat.

TL;DR: Your guild is hat chasing, no difference.



That would be obnoxious to record.

The sole purpose of basing/towering/planeting is to receive rewards. Without rewards, no one would do it.

It was originally made for um... you know... fun? Plus i didnt say remove rewards did i, i said limit it; add a bit more competition.

I agree, something to keep them going. Doesn't exactly have to be 5k, or a gun reskin. I don't care much for Hat Chasers either way anymore, but I'd like to see them go on, instead of stopping at 1k.
