Catching slimes
I was playing on Classic today and was catching bugs in swamptown when I thought "Wouldn't it be cool if you could catch slimes?". Not like the big ones but the small ones that the big one breaks off into. Then you can sell them to the witch or stick  them in your house for later or something.

Slimes will make the witch's potions explode and summon a mass army of babies. Need I say more?

It'd be nice to have them as a pet, in my house or guild house. However, this might bring much more unnecessary pk'ing and lag to swamptown.

You could catch slimes, with the option of selling them or stuffing them into a bottle.. Turning them into a health potion of sorts. For extreme PK'ers.

The closest way you are going to get the closing thing to a Pokemon is getting a parrot and teaching it to say "parrot"

You can get a slime pet from the Big Slime, in the form of slimy spoils. I think.
