Banned From Feedback
I used to be one mean guy when I first played Graal. I was walking around the overworld killing players and I got really excited when I received a PM...until I found out it was just a little administrator message that said, "Find me for a hat! No hints " and then TWO seconds later "Aww...somebody found me ". That used to really piss me off when I think my name was "Luckybamboo1" or something...so I took action against it. I wrote in the feedback something like "Admins need to shut up" and ever since then I've been "Banned for spam...and telling us to shut up". Well..first of all it was a valid feedback, however there's really no point in arguing about it.Well it's nice that we get banned forever for one offense, because do you know how inconvenient that is? I found a slight glitch allowing me to get into the little waterfall area in Jezzle's House, so to report it to authority I had to: 1.) Check to see if I had any friends that were staff online (N/A) 2.) Try using the "showadmins" command and realized they removed it 3.) Try using feedback and remember I'm still not unbanned 4.) Ask my friends if they know any staff are online 5.) Finally I just reported Shannon (US) and sent my issue in and thankfully Vyse got it and took care of it...he's a pretty cool guy. So...why should we be banned infinitely for such a simple offense like saying "shut up"? That's nice, I guess it's gotta be hell to report glitches and give suggestions...no wonder Azrael and SNK start threads on here about new suggestions and ideas for Graal Classic, because everyone is banned! |

It's because feedback gets constant spam. "shut up" isn't a constructive feedback. They probably hardly read feedback now, so most ideas sent via it will be not read, lost amid spam. |

They read it... Just they immediately skip over it if it doesn't look constructive.

They really need a new system for feedback bans. I sent "llamas" in feedback almost a year or two ago, and I'm still banned.

I think I heard from EllyBelly that once you're banned from feedback you're never getting unbanned, note I'm not stating this as fact When I got an account transfer I got unbanned from feedback though so it's probably tied to you're UDID. |

The only suggestion i would have for this is that the ban becomes temporarily (about a week-a month). And that it doesn't instantly ban you from feedback (Make it so that the staff can check if feedback is reasonable. if not, ban them from feedback for a set duration)

[email protected] is a much better feedback system because we actually keep it on record. Also, if ya mess up once, we really aren't gonna waste time unbanning when we could be patrolling the server. It's just insulting that we'd have to clean up someone's mess more than once... |
