Should I get a 2ds?
I'm thinking of buying the 2ds, but would animal crossing look good on it? The only reason is I have a spare 130$ laying around, and also because of animal crossing. |

Look good on it? It's the exact same hardware except for the 3D. If you don't have any interest in 3d and don't mind the looks/size of it, go for it.

The 2DS is worthless. The plastic used it cheap, mat painted plastic, no shine at all. The Thing has no grip at all. It's a flat cutting board. Get a 3DS XL, it's the best for 3D, and the 3D makes all cutscenes better. |

My 3DS material sucks. I've been taking excellent care of it and the touch screen is lose on the right and a corner piece is also loose. Same went for my PSP 3000. Dropped it once and it chipped. Dropped my PSP 2000 many times and hardly any damage.

2ds will take dropping. The hinge was nice but sucked ass if you weren't careful.
