ok, so Sierra was hired for her sound effects. She received multiple recommendations, and when I saw her sample, I ended up playing them multiple times because I liked them.

I am looking for one more person who is great with sound effects specifically.

Sierra was hired. As much as I was against any notion of her being hired at first, I'm actually very glad to have her aboard the team.
