I have a large group of friends, chances are I will be playing with the same people all the time lol. I guess this doesn't apply to me as much then :p

I assume you can play with your friends if you choose, otherwise making a clan is pretty pointless.

I didn't understand how gta online will work but here is how I think it is.
You can create a Crew with friends or join a public Crew. 5 crews max you can be in. There are over 700 missions.
There can only be 16 max in a world so idk if that means 16 is max in a crew.

Your crew can also fight other crews in deathmatch and gang wars in some kind of matchmaking. I don't know if R* has dedicated servers or will be leaving this up to hosts...

You can use your cell phone in game to call REAL people. You call their gamertag and you click "Hang Out" or "Invite" and then they come in to your world and the multiplayer experience begins. At least that is how it was in August.

Luckily it's overpriced so most people won't be buying them. Just 1 good heist can get the most expensive card.
