If the site you're trying to upload images to, supports image uploading, you shouldn't need a third party app or site.

I know photobucket can because I used it when I had an iPad. It gives you the embed codes for the images on the app too. You need an account though. |

i go to use imgur on my ipad one and it says it doesnt suport my device

Photobucket or Imgupr (not Imgur) should work. Imgupr is free on the App Store, I believe it should work for you.
