One of these days it seems like the only places to go would be the Battle Arena and the Castle. Everything else will just disappear. The add to delete ratio is completely tilted towards the delete side.

If you look at it there are 2 small areas you gain access to in the immediate area Air Asia, and Angle clan. So like i posted earlier why not move 1 or both access points to other areas to free up room and try and draw at least a small portion of ppl away from graal city. 1.make the pipe by the memorial building lead to Air Asia rename it and make it a themed city with a tower. (or add a ship that takes you there in the river) 2.Leave the air balloon, but change it so it takes you to a ledge near the cave entrance to snow town. 3.Move Angel Clan access to snow to the west side of the cave entrance that is cut off right now. Then make the temple into a tower. These small changes would spread out ppl at least a little bit,and by moving and editing whats all ready there would save time and make for less work. I'm probably making it sound a lot easier than it actually is. I know changing the access points shouldn't take that long or be that difficult, but editing buildings, and adding/tweaking towers would take some time. |

I think removing old areas is counter productive. Some might see them as underpopulated, but that could be fixed by branching out from the 'store' mentality a bit - maybe have some individuals around the map that do the old RPS hat thing, or even have a few items of furniture to sell that may or may not be available somewhere else? seems like red barn has become a bit of a mess, for instance? Maybe shift one or two of the rooms to another place? I am talking, of course, with the idea of using current content in mind so as to not create a HUGE amount of new stuff...

I think it is honestly for the worse. I really loved the area in York town and i miss Skylds treehouse, I actively hung out in that area. I believe that if you are to remove areas like that you should replace them with better ones! Maybe add new places and areas, I havent seen a new building/level made since 5 months ago when the Hoarders Cave was build next to sardons.

bunch of unaesthetic noob-tier designed areas are obviously going to get deleted once an admin with some taste is brought onboard. that's pretty much what happened here. from what i've seen there's lovely areas in the works so fear not, you can rp with your wife and kids in one of the many new areas to come!

Shrinking the current overworld is a major mistake. Exploring the vast levels of PC Classic was one of the great joys of playing back in the day. Did you know that there were both regular levels and also underwater counterparts? It added a whole other element to exploring. And swimming all the way the frick out to Avalon was, believe it or not, fun. PC Classic was huge, but it wasn't a problem. I believe that quests are what really filled the void. They weren't perfect, but they were extremely fun. People may object to quests because there is no "replay" value. Well, that's wrong. Older players would always help newer players through the quests. It added an element of community and purpose to the game. And then after completing the quest, a player would never look at an area and think, "oh, that's an area with no purpose, it should be deleted." They would say, "that's where that great quest was, that was fun. Let me go back and help others through it." |
