Help! My account has reset?
Today, I was logging in to Graal. I pressed login, and I was surprised to see nothing when I entered my guild house. I tapped myself, and all my stats had been reset to 0. I had almost 3000 hours, and I was farming an entire farm of purples to collect when I hit 3000. More importantly, I have more than $150 of iTunes cards invested in this game! I was planning on buying more during Christmas, but it seems I can't anymore. Anyone know how to fix this? Please!? My in-game name is Arkaz. I'm hoping someone of authority reads this.

Did you ever give your email out to anyone, or put in the email of anyone else in your account? Like for example, did somebody message you "Here, have free VIP and take my email!"

No, but one of my friends knows my email. Can't be him, though, he doesn't have password or authorization.

I don't have an iPhone, and I can't jailbreak 5.0.1. I've had bad experiences with jailbreaking. And now I'm sad,

The only way for this to happen is an account transfer, I think... I don't know any other way

I checked with my friend, it's not him. I'm not stupid enough to fall for those idiot scammers, and now i'm worried i can't play. Anyone know how to fix this? I did not give my email away or enter anyones email. Im relying that someone might tell Xor, and he will sort this out. Please, help. |

If no staff read this, I will be really worried about this games future. I still have yet to encounter any game developer who listens to the community with great support, except Bungie and iEra. Classic staff needs to step it up.. And I'm very, very sorry. |

Did you maybe do something illegal? Like boosting stuff? Hacked gralatīs in some way? Accountīs are also getting resetted for such stuff. Sure you might say now "NONONO", but actually you have to be honest. If you did so, itīs your own fault. Also (as far as I understood it from several posts from staffs) such threads are mostly getting ignored, since players are always making such threads which are mostly not true. |

This happened to me, I logged in and for some reason it thought i was on a new device. I just waited and it came back eventually no big deal buddy.
