:O i'd be glad to help out in the hat making part. I recently figured out how to do gif with gimp. I was used to flash and photoshop, and now since i know how, it's easy. :3 Now only that but i can help with ideas x3

I think iclassic needs less hat hats and more non hatlike hats if that makes any sense...

I think he means this:
hat hats- beanie's etc
non hats- a pillow with a shoe on your head etc
