i think you may be missing a third definition because by those two definitions singing isn't a talent, nor is playing an instrument or a sport and it reflects the current usage of the word to say that "my talents include playing football and piano" is a correct sentence. it should be synonymous with "skill" and the definition of skill here, "a particular ability", should be appended.

Chief Keef is talking about his dad. The slang meaning for dad is ol boy . He is saying he doesn’t know his dad but he knows he was poor.

So he is able to rhyme boy with boy. Sounds awesome.

Then after he becomes famous nd everything for saying stupid *** everyone will praise him for his great "music".
