Hit Timer Meaning
What is the actual meaning of hit timer? I always get different meanings of it, just like the freeze of a weapon. What's the difference of an area with hit timer and a area without it?

Hit timer: the opponent can 'absorb' your bullets without taking any damage. Take example of a Pbp shotgun- it has stacked damage. No hit timer: Go to underground spar. You'll see people spamming guns at each other the same time and both takes damage. Even if you're lagging, any bullet touches you is consider a hit. |

Well, they want to speed things up. Having hit timers in bases or spars is like a huge disadvantage to others. Stalling up time, making guns like flamethrower/Pbp to be more OP than BAR.
