I hate to be rude; but you are overestimating the graphic talent of the community. The big problem with body shops is also there is a custom upload system for them, so its kinda silly to work on releasing them.

People can't afford it.
They'd much rather have stuff from Classic, like poncho and stuff. Simple indexed bodies.
