Server Very Slow

The amount of lag on the server is ridiculous. You can't even spar anymore. The only time it doesn't lag is when the player count does down which isn't very long. Many people have experienced the lag. Please fix.

what are some ways that this "lag" can be fixed? im not a tech savvy guy so I would like to hear your suggestions on how to fix it or anyone that has a knowledgeable answer

The server honestly hasn't been lagging for me the last week, even with 2900+ players online

If you really want this to be fixed, I guarantee this will work:

Make sure it is indeed server lag and not your own lag, first of all
Get recording software
Record yourself attempting to spar, PK, or do other things where the lag inconveniences you so much that it's literally unplayable
Upload the video to YouTube
Put things like "GraalOnline Classic", "Cyberjoueurs", "Stephane Portha", "Stefan Knorr" in the title and be sure to mention the ridiculous lag

The people who own this game care about their reputation, and when they see these videos popping up on Google rightfully discrediting the management of the game, they will be forced to do something about it

I know for a fact they are conscious and care for their reputation on search engines:

This was their response to me making a website where I detailed my poor experience with the game and how more than 10 accounts that I paid money for were terminated without reason

I didn't take the pages down, I was never sent anything legal, and I was actually offered money and the reinstatement of my accounts if I removed the pages
By taking an hour out of my day to aggressively take on the issue in a savvy way, I pretty much got what I wanted (without "threatening" them as they claim)

TL;DR: If you ever find that you care enough about how bad the server is lagging, you can do something about it by putting proof of it on Google and the people who can do something about it will notice

A lot of the time I'm experiencing no lag on the server, people will be feedbacking that the server is lagging and they constantly get disconnected...

It seems like when people have connection issues their first instinct is to blame the server instead of resolving whether it's their connection, which is far more likely.

Not saying the servers are amazing, I do get lag spikes and such from the server... but it's much more likely people are experiencing lag on their end when it's "always slow" and "constantly disconnecting me."

It's definitely the case. Like I said, I haven't felt any lag in about a week or two. If you hang around the sparring community for a while, you quickly learn how out of touch people are when it comes to determining their own lag, the opposing player's lag, or the server's.
