When I farmed for the first time, people stole my gralats but then I thought, what if whenever someone makes the gralats appear the are only accessible to the player! You can use the same system as the pyrat quest system. I'm not sure if anyone else suggested this but I think everyone been their when some jerk steals your hard working green and blue gralats. Please Dusty make this option available. After 20 seconds if the owner hasn't retrieved his gralats it becomes accessible to anyone. Please!  

Nah. Makes public farming less fun :p farm in your house lol wtf. This is public. If we see money, we snatch it.

This is a good idea, but honestly its like Wolfie said, public farming would be less fun and I find it easier to farm in my house anyway.  

It would also lead to abuse. People would hit every swamp tile and not pick up their gralats so if someone else hits the same spot and another gralat appears, it'll stack with the first player's  

This leads to cyber bullying, I see people using inappropriate language due to the fact they are getting mad that someone is messing with them by stealing their gralats. Public farming isn't fun at all, I don't see how it is fun.  

if you cry enough they might change it. learn from all the cry babies at towers. they cried about sarah arrow spamming mod(removed arrow spam), cried about people horse blocking(removed horses), cried about not being able to walk through their afk guild members(made people ghosts), cried about people blocking doors(push down effect added), cried about people killing themselves outside the flag room at castle(made you warp if you did that), and cried about flag hp's(they changed them). So keep crying about it and they might just change it.

Sorry but I disagree, the point in farming is mostly in the house, its kinda hard to stand there for hours in public making a graalat change colors, and what's the point?

i was just telling you how things get done in classic. iphoners complained about the big bad pc guys in the gst so they separated them. some sparrers complained about the old spar rating system and they changed it. a lot of these changes are ******ed because it takes the "advantage" from one side and gives it to the complaining side.

this guy makes good points and this makes sense as to why it aint so simple.  

It strikes me that maybe the original poster is not aware of the 'double tap to lock gralats' feature in your house?

If you tap a gralat twice, it will lock it... four times and it locks from you too...

I originally thought that as well but he does say when farming in PUBLIC as in on the world map. So he didn't mean in player houses.
