I bought a head and when I tapped on it the head I was already using still showed so I refreshed my app by clicking home button twice and swiped it off that didn't work so I did that again and turned my iPad off that also didn't work. Idk how to refund it since I can't wear it and now I'm stuck :/ if I ask toonslab they probably won't even answer my question. What do I do? No admin is on so I'm confused and angry.  

It is most likely a bug that I've seen happen from time to time. Just submit a ticket at http://support.toonslab.com/ and wait for a response, or you can try contacting one of the staff members in game. You won't get any support on these forums.
