Creating Games, looking for few GFXs

Hi guys, i'm looking for few GFXs to help me making games.
I'm currently managing my own "society", Holst Online.
My main goal is steam greenlight.

That being said, we'll together build a complete and interesting game.
I'll pay the worker as soon as we start earning money from steam marketplace by % of work given, if you were helpfull to the project, ect... If this can motivate you.
This % will be selected by the quality of the work and the quantity after the game is finished.

We'll work using Dropbox, textfiles and folders.
A public folder will be available to everybody who's participating to the project,
a folder for each member of the project with tasks written on textfiles and well-organized folders.

I'll make the coding, so no worries about that.

Current "ideas/projects":

-Pirate World:
Pirate World is a Open-World 2D Explorer. Explore, build a crew, create your town, trade, catch animals, do a job!
Single-Player,Multiplayer,Co-op.

-Any open ideas

I'm looking forward to see any people who want to build a great game with me because, sadly, i can't do that by myself.

Ahh your concept sounds perfect, I'd love to help out but I really couldn't spare as much time as you or I would like to though.

Sounds cool but you should probably detail more on what kind of art you are looking for, what sort style you are looking for, mood etc.

Totally depends on the actual project, the first real project is Pirate Based so it might give you a little idea
