Aww hell naw. Merging is a horrible idea unless you mean merging into Era and not iEra. iEra is horribly balanced with most things doing so little damage. Especially explosives. Then there's jobs, etc.

I think it would be very hard to merge these two together, but it would be nice if they would found a way to merge and keep both sides happy.


I used merge in regards to classic, zone, and delteria, but I probably used the wrong word. Since their pc versions are dead I was trying to say that their ios versions should replaced them in the pc client. Dont know how hard it would be, but it would be nice.

Yes, why wouldn't it have been? It's almost exactly the same as the first 3D boom. Graal is 2D... 3D games become more popular and more accessible on PC... everyone says "oh man, Graal needs to be 3D or else it will become obsolete!" Now it's repeating the cycle with mobile gaming, as phones evolved and become more technically efficient. The only difference is that back then there was no proper distribution method for Graal so it was hard for it to "break out."

3D games are not automatically superior to 2D games. Graal moving to the 3D realm is not suddenly going to make it 10x more better, and 3D is not automatically more attractive. Graal is doing just fine the way it is, and in fact is probably doing this well because of it taking advantage of a niche corner of the market. If it were to generalize itself and become like all the other games it's suddenly going to be competing with other products that do a much better job at it.

So? Stefan was also pretty dedicated to his 3D versions of Graal... and he ended up with nothing after years of neglecting the 2D version of Graal in favor of the 3D version.

Although I agree a lot with what you're saying, this statement is actually false. He wasn't dedicated enough, and the reason it feel apart so quickly is because he was ignoring suggestions and not working on it. He was more interested in the 2D version.

But who could honestly blame him? His 3D version had so many problems it was almost impossible to work with unless he would rewrite it from scratch.

that GUI design is nice, but would suck on ios. The whole area is to blocking not enough alpha. Your screen size is small as it is.

i think ipad would be alright, but ya phone would be too small.

im not big on pc graal, but after my experience with delteria I wouldnt want to play servers like these on my iphone.

one problem would be uploading any paid heads.  

I dunno what it'll be like, but if its around for like 15 more years I'll be able to say I've played it for half of my life Also God forbid that Graal ever goes 3D, it being a top down 2D game is like, what makes it so unique these days

In 15 years Graal will probably be dead and gone, not because the game is old, boring, and obsolete, but because the technology is going to be old, boring, and obsolete.

Technology is rapidly advancing and 2d games are becoming old news. Graal needs some kind of 3d player worlds. This would make it much more interesting, and it's a surprise that fyse already beat them to it.

please make a fun game with cheap guns that's easy to get money.
I'd really like a game that relies on skill rather than guns. Still use guns but just make them like Zone. Also, Make the Guns like Era (If I was in charge a gun with similar stats to M4 or Sten would be the most O.P.) I would make less guns with high ROF but more guns like Aug or High spread guns. I would make a lot less shotguns, considering era players all use PbPs' and Saweds'. Beginner gun would be like f2000 tac.
-the stats, not stolen guns, I know that's frowned upon.

This is Graal. One of the reasons Graal is so popular is because there isn't much more the iPhone can run that is an MMORPG type game and is free and so simple. Its pretty much the same its been for almost 20 years now. If you "adapt" by upgrading, etc. its no longer Graal.
