Need help finding this head upload

So I've been looking for this head upload for a really long time with no luck. I have a picture, but not the actual upload. If anyone could tell me what website it could be found on or if you could post it that would be great.

im not familiar with the information below, but im guessing this program allows you to see the files in your apps.

Just login on PC, download and run Wireshark open his profile and find the packet containing the image, come on nerd get it together.
