Why hire him?? Ghetto have a reputation of posting his thoughts negatively 24/7. I won't say I never do as I did in this thread but this dude..Idk why you fellas hired him /:.

Pretty sure its cause he is good with gun stats, obviously it wasn't for his stunning personality.

Because believe it or not just because you post negative opinions of a fame doesn't mean you hate it or want it to fail. Keep in mind some people's criticism is meant to improve the game, not harm it or provoke the staff. It's actually smart in some cases to hire critics of your game as it tends to help cover parts of development you never thought needed tweaking.


I will say, however, that hiring Ghetto may have required some time to actually train him in how to be a proper staff member. He still talks in an unprofessional manner. The careless use of internet slang, curse words and lack of accepting criticism hurts his image and the reputation of the server as a whole. As far as I'm concerned he's a pretty good guns admin, he just needs to handle PR better.

Everyone and everything in Graal has it's ups and downs, guys. Don't forget the ups, or you'll just sound like a whining bum

nope go compare the 2 official stats. Photon never changed.

yea my PR is god awful, it defenitaly needs work on. I might as well work on that while tashkin ignores me. If you ask me though, I take critisim well if its actual good critisim, not flaming. I'm not good with flamers. A lot of guns were changed based of the critisim I received. Rippers, Pierces, Pez, Lightning Pistol, ER beamer, Enranged, Alien Pistol, Streamer, Railgun, 6 admin guns, plasma shotgun,

soon changes to come because of critisim, Christmas rifles recoil reduction, watermelon buff, apple launcher buff, streamer buff, flower gun buff, and more

Professionalism, lel. While yes, there should be some professionalism. You shouldn't expect much from developers and those that work behind the scenes. Hell, you shouldn't expect much due to it just being Graal. As for GIT, he's a person working on a server for free.

However you can use the experience as a staff member to build skills for actual paying jobs, such as PR, developing and coding, website management, even team leadership can be learned from being just a volunteer staff member on a server. It's staff members who don't care and think its just more features to a game that are bad because they don't practice the professionalism, no matter how half-assed it may be due to the lack of pay, it still makes a difference not only on your reputation as a community member but also on the community as a whole and the server's staff.

I dont care if i work for free. I do a ton a ton of volunteer work. I mostly do the work because why not? Theres no downs to it, in fact it looks great on a resume. Also you never know what experience you will have. On zone I have had a good time and a great experience being the guns admin. Even though I was suspended for a week. I goofed up, it happens, im only a panda after all, we are far from perfect creatures. My motto is the heart of a volunteer is the strongest heart of all. So when I get back im going to continue to work hard to accomplish a goal that will be incredibly hard to acheive.  

Aslong as they don't keep the guns unbalenced like era..  

Y'all should stop complaining about this nonsense.

At least stuff is being done for a change.

iera is impossible to balance because of the prices. Plus apparently snk puts on tons of restrictions.

No it would work just like the normal grenade ammo system so you will still be using your main grenade count. But instead of the grenade launcher having 6 shots. It will only have 1 shot, this way when you re-equip the gun, you will lose only 1 grenade vs now where you lose 6.

That makes sense but what if you wanted to do a hit and run? Then it reloads every time, and really grenades aren't that hard to get, doesn't really seem like an upgrade to me
