I understand that but why not warp this kind of people when some on report them? And you guys see they are lagging or delaying so hard?

We almost always warp/disconnect them. However, this doesn't do much if they just go right back to sparring.  

Learn to spar with lag. She did.

admin u gotta learn how to detect vpn users and auto disconnect them from the spar.  

There isn't really a method to detect VPN's an iP from a VPN is the same as a normal iP.
