Can't Accept Apple's New T&C?

I've been wanting to update a couple applications, but I always get a notification regarding Apple's new Terms and Conditions. I hit "Ok", and I'm brought to a blank page.
So I began to find a solution on the Internet. I've tried rebooting my device, making sure Safari's cookies were on, and I also cleared my Safari cookies and data. I even tried turning off Adblock, and any sort of popup protection option.

Using iPad 2, iOS 6, jailbroken. Any ideas?
