Gralat purchasing

My question is this , if I go to buy the 10$ pack ,with the debit card option, all I do is put in my card numbers and 3 digit code and that's it? And then confirm it? Sorry I just need to ask people who have done it, before I go and even type my card number in, please help, thanks Galatians community

Pretty much, but you do that with your itunes acc, not graal.

just enter number of the card and then digital code

OKAY SOOO , I just purchased garland and my info was all correct, an the money was withdrawal from my bank account and it said it was accepted an successful but I logged in graal immediately and it said there was a problem, so I emailed toons lab with the order number, but no replays yet, I typed up the order number, is that ok???? I need this before crypt closes I'm scared it won't b dealt with in time, is there a way someone can look into this immediately???!!?? Pleaseee??? Is typing the order number enough???

Seeing as though you're registered to an email, it has that info as well...
Also, you have an IP adress...
If you're on a phone, they have your gps signal and thereby your location and more....

Honestly it's not fair how does the money get withdrawal an I get a reciept but there's a problem, like how fast will support get back to me I need this before crypt closes, I bought grslats just for crypt an I can't get the gralats is not fair, SOMEONE PLEASE FIND MY SUPPORT TICKET PPEASEE HELP ME pleaseeee ;(

So, the receipt pics he posted didn't seem to load (at least not for me), but I was trying to help LwMark solve this problem, and I noticed on the receipt it says "eurocenter games" even though Graal is of course owned by Toonslab now, and has been for a while.

Is this at all relevant? I bought gralats recently on my iTunes account and it said Toonslab.

Any other android users have issues trying to buy gralat packs?

Yes. Sadly I don't think you'll get your Gralats in time. If you go to Google they'll give you a refund. I'd recommend that instead.
