@ cal it depends in the server. a server like classic (PC) is gunna have less graphic fps then zodiac.

I do know that and I do know that the PC servers are having a fps count of 10 clientside and serverside of 20 (not sure about the exact numbers). But no clue for graphics.

You have it backwards.

The Graal client (and all servers are) purposely locked at 20 FPS.  

Apple's approved iZone~ It was supposed to be released last year but they pushed it back. Not sure why :x
