Then players would whine when their answer gets declined for minor typos or spacing errors or whatever.

in this community, the majority aren't very empathetic towards the minority
I mean, there are people who actually believe that it'd be acceptable to make it so that only North Americans can participate in spars and towers due to ping issues

pretty sure there would be pitchforks if anyone dared to do trivia in any other language - "it isn't fair" they'd say

If you answered within the first minute and still did not win, chances are they did get an answer right away from someone else.

In case you didn't know they warp the winners and then give them the hat before broadcasting who won the trivia, which is usually why people think they should of won since they replied way before the broadcast was sent out.

I think it would be nice
even though english covers most of the world and is the words most spoken language
they should have some trivia in french& spanish

I beleive axel's 1st language is french

**** them? they can get over it in a week or so.

it doesn't make sense to me that a server is trying to do more stuff that is globally accepted (holidays and such) and wouldn't start incorporating bilingual events because of a bunch of selfish kids that are going to do the event regardless of whether or not they understand the language its being hosted in.

Love how the admins just totally turned this into a different conversation than in the original post. I won trivia once or twice. It just feels unfair sometimes. Maybe the admin could tell how many responses came in when they report who won?

Yeah there's no "corruption" going on in trivia.

There was even one time when an admin was doing trivia, and he only got one correct answer (and he was allowing for 2 winners). He was waiting a long time, and then announced that only one person had answered the question correctly. Because people always assume if they don't answer within the first few seconds, they don't have a chance. This just goes to show that sometimes that's not the case.

Also, a lot of the time you're competing with people who are obsessed with winning admin hats, and take events like trivia very seriously.

I think no. Because this tells us how to learn english. (for me)
And we learn the vocabulary.
