They're very much real. They're just like any other rare spawn, usually drop a gold gralat. The reason they're seen so much less is because Swamp Town is so populated, whenever one does spawn, someone gets to it right away.

Had a friend who saw one in Air Asia not too long ago (since blobs did spawn there).

The real myth is the Giant Gold Blob. Now this I've only heard stories about. This is the myth. I heard that one spawned once and some lucky noob got the ultra-rare UFO morph from it.

Well a friend of a friend saw a video that was posted by someone who knows someone's brother who thinks he may have seen a video that his friend posted but quickly deleted that contained vague proof of the POSSIBILITY of fire blobs.

So, obviously they're real.

Ohh ye, there is 100% proof that the fire blobs are real ;)  

There's green slime, black slime, flaming slime, and gold slime. I've seen all of them  

Yeah the gold blob is real, just a rare spawn. And obviously Fire Blobs spawn in the caves as I've heard, and they're a rare spawn as well.

I have understood for a long time that there is a Myth about rare Gold blobs that sometimes spawn at Swamptown. Are these real? Has anyone here actualy ever seen one? Or is it just a Myth?

The people that troll about a gold blob do it because they haven't seen one.

Being serious, they have spawned in the past(I seen it twice), but I don't know if they still do.  

I know for sure that fire blobs are real as I have killed on myself and got a gold gralat from it, yes, gold blobs are real too. Same as the blue exploding rats.

i wouldnt mind there being a giant gold blob spawning once a month, killing it will grant you with a gold slime pet.
Would be lovely.  

Actually the slime at one point did exist I believe or think, I do remember seeing it... and killing it. What I got from it however was a beautiful blue gralat.
