I have uploaded quite a few graphics over the years, and I just feel there is a slight injustice when it comes to checking whether customs are fit for game usage.
Normally, my stuff looks fine; obeys the guidelines and I am happy with the speed in which my stuff gets accepted.
However, I have had some that seem to have pixels out of place - that aren't transparent - usually my own fault, and sometimes there is a different shade on so-called "ready to upload" templates.
I know it isn't required by these staff, but some of the ones that were accepted had massive areas (especially on heads) that clearly are not meant to be there. I just think this maybe should be better revised because younger players who buy gralat packs may not be able to repurchase the packs, or may not realize until after the 100% refund time is up.
I just wanted to bring this to light for obvious reasons and that some people may loose money unfairly over this.
Thoughts? #rantover
