From nothing?  

The Latin roughly translates to "Nothing comes from nothing" I believe. I don't understand the relevance yet, however.  

The two strings that were posted was hexadecimal code for ASCII characters.
Message 1:

Sometimes one cannot see the forest for the trees.

Message 2:

Sometimes one must look inside for enlightenment

 

Sounds creepy.

It's a game. It could be a leet hax0r or simply an ARG collective who want people to help them create harder ARGs (i.e. the 'we want you' feel of the image).

I noticed an odd pixel at coordinates 352x338 in the image. There's nothing special about the pixel though, it simply contains the value RGB 30, 30, 30.

Agreed.

I could be wrong, but I feel there is no ending to it. It's just a mind trick to interest you because you feel you will be awarded at the end. When in reality, you won't. You may not even get to the end. Or maybe there is no answer at some point, so you'll just keep trying.

Pretty intriguing, none-the-less.
